Commercial Auctions

Bryan Andrews Auctioneers Ltd offers significant experience in conducting on-site asset recovery auctions. The Company presently receives instructions from Government Departments & local bodies together with instructions from leading professional legal, accountancy and financial institutions throughout New Zealand.

Our service involves visiting specified auction sites, removing all rubbish and tidying the premises. We then sort, clean and re-position the items to be auctioned in order for the Lots to be presented to their best financial advantage. Whilst the pre-auction preparations are in progress, we fully advertise the auction, produce a detailed catalogue / website and publish same. After the auction our staff will oversee the pickups and payments and ensure the premises are left in a neat and tidy condition.

General Auctions

For smaller quantities of items to be sold we provide the same services as above but transport the Lots for sale to our auction rooms. In our auction rooms we hold various types of auctions such as estate chattel auctions, hospitality auctions, home furniture auctions, etc.

Valuations & Quotations

Bryan Andrews Auctioneers Ltd also offers asset & chattel valuation services. We are chattel valuers, we have specialist contacts / umpires to whom we refer should the need arise to allow us to provide a complete schedule.
