The Company is privately owned and operated. The Company offers considerable experience and expertise in providing professional asset management recovery services to local and government departments, corporations, leading professional legal, accountancy and financial institutions.

Meet Our Team

Bryan Andrews - Managing Director & Auctioneer

Bryan Andrews

Bryan is the owner and operator of Bryan Andrews Auctioneers Limited and current President and Executive Member of the Auctioneers Association of New Zealand. Bryan comes with over 30 years experience in both Real Estate & Auctioneering professions.

Bryan Andrews Auctioneers Limited was established in 1988, specialising in asset recovery work, and is now regarded as an industry leader. His company presently receives instructions from Government Departments and industry, together with instructions from leading professional legal, accountancy and financial institutions throughout New Zealand.

Bryan is passionately involved in fund raising for various charitable groups, a past New Zealand Cricket Representative, and a current Trustee of the Sir Murray Halberg Trust.

Leon Hickey - Auction Manager

Leon Hickey

Leon has being employed for Bryan Andrews Auctioneers for the past 6 years. Temuka born & raised, Leon is a devoted family man with three children.

Leon takes great pride in the presentation of all the companies auctions knowing full well that promotion and presentation is the key element ensuring our clients receive not only the best possible service by importantly the best financial result.

Suzi Lazenby - Office Manager & Personal Assistant

Michelle Vermas

Suzi is the newest member of the team, having come from a varied background but most recently having held a PA position in the real estate sector.

Originally from the UK but having been in Christchurch for nearly 3 years now she’s is beginning to feel settled. Suzi has gained valuable experience whilst working in the music industry and as an events coordinator and has quickly become a valued member of the Bryan Andrews team.
